• CFO of Retail Markets, a $20B business unit of VERIZON telecommunications. Responsible for marketing and sales to over 30 million consumers and small businesses, with over 30K employees.  Had operational responsibility for 2K customer-facing employees. A CPA with significant competencies in the areas of: general management, business plans, marketing, credit and collections, accounting.
  

• CPA, Controller- Meredith Publishing Book Cub Division, SC Johnson & Son- Zone Manager, VP & Treasurer Chemical Bank.  Developed a Condo conversion format adopted and used by NYS. Competencies in the areas of: tax, finance and business planning. 
  

• President- Sporting News Online and Times Mirror Interzines, SVP Business Dev, Sporting News Co. VP, ABC Multimedia Group, VP ABC Video Enterprises. Created the initial entry of ABC into online media with a programming arrangement with America Online. Developed and ran Times Mirror Magazines' internet division. Board of Directors, and Audit and Compensation Committees of Vialta, Inc (VLTA), a marketer and manufacturer of consumer electronics products. Served on the special committee of independent directors that negotiated a company takeover. General management, financial, operations and business development competencies
  

• President- Sprague-Goodman Electronics, Inc. Organized industrial operations to take advantage of market opportunities in professional/industrial/military electronic components. Arranged financing of 3 start-up organizations. • President & CEO- J.Gerber Co Inc NY, a business focus on International Trade and Finance.  Developed large export division primarily in food products. • Owner, CEO of national plumbing specialty importing and distribution company. Responsible for strategy, marketing, sales and operations. Successfully grew business to over $12M in annual sales. • President Nor-Brook Industries, Ltd. Fabric sold worldwide with warehouses on both coasts and agencies in Latin America and Australia. Did contract work in Haiti, Jamaica, Columbia.
